Cath Evans is the Victorian executive director of the Property Council of Australia, the leading advocate for Australia’s property industry – the economy’s largest sector and employer. Cath is the principal advocate and lobbyist for the organisation on all matters within the state of Victoria.
Cath is also a lawyer and a proven CEO and COO, having held executive roles for large multi-site organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Cath has overseen all corporate functions and had direct responsibility for financial performance of ASX listed professional services businesses. She has a strong focus on innovation and technology having led major technology projects across multiple environments to improve business efficiency, productivity, and client experience. She has a proven track record in leading growth and transformation across organisations.
Cath has served as director on several boards and is currently chairperson of Wayss. She has also served in an advisory role with the Ministerial Advisory Committee on NDIS and as committee representative with the Law Institute of Victoria.
