Jemima Retallack
Director, Retallack Thompson
Jemima Retallack is a director of Retallack Thompson, a Sydney-based architecture office working from Gadigal land. The practice is concerned with how buildings are arranged, constructed, and how they age. Jemima works across private residential projects, small-scale commercial and public works. Through both her practice and research, Jemima has an interest in examining the housing issues facing contemporary cities. Retallack Thompson’s work looks to celebrate an Australian regionalism whilst continuing to question notions of “home” and “housing” and the ways in which we live together.
Iva Foschia
Founder and Principal, IF Architecture
Iva Foschia founded IF Architecture in 2010 and has since grown the practice’s portfolio to encompass diverse residential, commercial, and retail work. She brings a collaborative approach to every project, believing that early and open engagement with clients leads to more integrated and meaningful outcomes. Known for her curiosity and attention to detail, Iva approaches the design process as a journey that begins and ends in a uniquely realised place.
Adele Winteridge
Founder and Director, Foolscap
Adele Winteridge is the founder and director of Foolscap, and is known for her creative energy and visionary leadership. With degrees in interior architecture (Curtin) and a master’s in sustainable development for the built environment (UNSW), Adele brings expertise across public spaces, hospitality, hotels, residential, and high-end workplace projects.
At Foolscap, Adele leads her team in crafting spaces and experiences that not only breathe life into precincts, but also embed sustainability and material innovation and circularity at the heart of every project.
