Brahman Perera approaches interior design as a pursuit in experiential beauty. He applies his own lens through years of experience to compose natural textures, rich colour pairings and sculptural gestures, producing balanced and compelling interiors layered with personal touches. His pledge to personal expression is evident in his experimental lighting and textile designs, imbuing his projects with unique character, sentiment and authenticity. Empathic by nature, Brahman connects with his clients’ identities and harnesses design as an act of storytelling.
Jade Nottage
Director, Tom Mark Henry
Jade Nottage is the Brisbane-based director of Tom Mark Henry and takes an artistic approach to projects. Influenced by her passion for painting, she draws inspiration from colour, proportions and strong narratives, leaning bold in concept and materiality. Jade values human connection with the team and clients, always seeking to ensure that Tom Mark Henry’s work makes a lasting impression on all who experience it.
Chloe Middleton
Co-director, Alcorn Middleton
Chloe Middleton is co-director of Alcorn Middleton, a Brisbane-based practice she has led alongside her partner Joel Alcorn. At its core, Alcorn Middleton’s work reflects a commitment to creative dexterity as a means of enriching the everyday. The practice prides itself on listening intently to clients – designing not only in response to what is spoken, but also to what is felt, observed, and intuitively understood.
