Steven Toia is a respected architect with a portfolio of award-winning projects. In 2010, he founded Genton, based in Melbourne and Sydney and recognised for embracing bold ideas and creative solutions. Genton’s significant achievements include winning notable design competitions such as the Frankston Station design competition in 2017 and the Powerhouse Parramatta competition in 2019 – New South Wales' largest cultural infrastructure project since the Sydney Opera House. Genton also received the Special Prize Exterior at the Prix Versailles World Finale for Reservoir Station in 2021, an acknowledgement that reflects Genton’s commitment to design excellence.
