Lovell Burton is a Melbourne-based architecture studio founded in 2018. What began as a conversation over many years between Stephanie Burton and Joseph Lovell has grown into a collaborative studio with people of diverse interests and backgrounds. Clients, makers, students, builders and peers contribute the seeds of new ideas and directions that the practice is able to build upon.
After graduating from Deakin University in 2009 Stephanie worked as an associate with Jackson Clements Burrows, where she spent eight years working in both the public and private sectors.
Stephanie maintains a relationship with Deakin University both as an occasional tutor and guest critic. Alongside running an architecture studio, Stephanie and Joseph juggle raising two young children.
