Rhonda is a senior clinical leader with over 20 years of experience working as a registered nurse and 6 years as a clinical health planner. Rhonda offers experience from rural- and tertiary-level facilities that contributes to the development of health planning solutions that cross the traditional boundaries of primary, secondary and tertiary care.

Rhonda recognizes how the built environment influences user experience, physical wellbeing, workflow efficiencies and staff retention, and is committed to influencing improved experiences for patients and families. She prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of patients, families and staff in the development of effective models of care and efficient facility design. Rhonda has experience working across the project lifecycle from service planning and masterplanning, through to facility design with notable experience in clinical service planning and facility design for New Zealand Mental Health services at Waikato, Palmerston North, Hutt Valley, West Coast, and Canterbury Districts.
