Rebecca Yeates’s area of focus at Grant Thornton is managing the Project Management Office (PMO), and ensuring projects are aligned to and support the execution of the company's 2020 strategy. Rebecca is responsible for a number of programs that support the strategy, including Client Service Delivery model optimization, and leading a national program of work to move Grant Thornton to an Agile working environment. Rebecca has lead projects covering agile design, property move management, operating model and organizational design, technology and business process improvement and offshoring.
