Michelle Fitzgerald is a development manager at Cbus Property, one of Australia’s most awarded national developers driven by the belief that sustainable business practices will give rise to better investments, better returns and is the key to their ongoing success. Before joining Cbus Property in 2013, Michelle commenced her career in architectural practice after achieving an honours degree in architecture from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science (Arch) degree from the University of Newcastle.
While in architectural practice, Michelle led project teams for Queensland’s first 5-star and 6-star GreenStar accredited buildings and the first 6-star high-rise, the exemplar 111 Eagle Street. Since joining Cbus Property, Michelle has been responsible for delivering the recently completed 1 William Street, the 75,000-square-metre high-rise developed for the Queensland Government. Michelle is currently the development manager of 443 Queen Street, a unique project that will be a new benchmark in environmentally driven high-rise architecture.
