Marcelo Faiden is a founding partner of the Adamo-Faiden architecture studio and dean of Di Tella Arquitectura. He completed his undergraduate studies at Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (FADU-UBA) and postgraduate studies at Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona de la Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya (ETSAB-UPC). In 2016 he received his PhD with the thesis “Los bajos de los edificios altos” (“The low part of the high rise”).
Marcelo was invited to give studios and lectures at numerous institutions, including the Canadian Centre for Architecture, Princeton School of Architecture, Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Escola da Cidade de São Paulo and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, among others. Adamo-Faiden’s work is widely published, appearing in monographs in Chile, Spain, Italy and the United States (New York).
