Karl-Martin is partner and architect at KANT architects and a teacher at KADK - The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. At KANT, Karl-Martin is responsible for the overall architectural vision, but education is the focal point of his entire practice - from the teaching of students at the architecture school to creating modern learning environments in all scales on a daily basis at KANT. His way of thinking and drawing school architecture is well founded in the values of living and learning, the needs of the users, curiosity and a desire to constantly challenge the norms. Through his many school projects, Karl-Martin is dealing with how the physical environments influences the learning and playing, and furthermore how the spatial instruments is supporting the educational project.
