Architecture, design and urbanism from the Asia Pacific
Elva Tang is founding partner and managing director at Henning Larsen’s Hong Kong office. Since 2004, she has been leading the company’s activities throughout China, Hong Kong and the Asia region.
Elva has experience spanning over fifteen years, on a wide range of projects across cultural landmarks, company headquarters, educational buildings, mixed-use developments, urban design and tall buildings. Having worked in New York, Copenhagen, Paris, Hong Kong and China, her multi-cultural exposure has powered an ability to lead Henning Larsen in developing vibrant and sustainable architecture with a Scandinavian ethos in an Asian context. Elva is in charge of several of the offices’ key projects, including the Hangzhou East Lake Opera in China, the Springs Mixed-Use Developments in Shanghai for Tishman Speyer, French International School in Hong Kong, and the Icone Tower in Manila, soon to be the tallest high-rise in the Philippines.
