Ali Bounds is an experienced architect and a principal of architectural practice BVN, a creative collective of more than 300 architects, designers, researchers and makers with studios in Australia, New York and London.
Specializing in education, Ali focuses on engagement with future users and how their needs inform where we live, learn, work and play. She is determined to not only meet client briefs and end-user expectations, but to exceed them through interrogation, collaboration and original thinking.
Drawing on her experience across multiple sectors, including workplace, adaptive re-use, health and education, Ali is passionate about delivering vibrant buildings that challenge existing paradigms. On every project across multiple sectors, Ali is empathetic to clients’ needs, project objectives, and focuses on making an architectural contribution to society.
