John Ellway

John Ellway Architect

John Ellway runs a small architectural practice with a love for creating places where people live, inspired by their stories of travel and family memories. Will Rathgeber

Founding Director, Studio Plenty

Will Rathgeber is the founder and director of Studio Plenty, a Byron Bay–based practice exploring the duality of intimate monumentalism across hospitality, residential and experiential projects. His work seeks to create spaces that are both emotionally resonant and architecturally rigorous, balancing warmth with clarity.

Rathgeber’s perspective is shaped by work across local and international contexts, with a focus on atmosphere, materiality and the social life of interiors.
