A forum about the future of education design
In his 35-year career, David Clarke initially worked with some of Australia’s leading practices before setting up his own business in 2001, growing it from a sea-change sole practice on the far South Coast of NSW, to a twenty-strong practice in the ACT focusing on community and institutional projects. Since 2018, seeking larger project exposure and a way to leverage his extensive experience in practice management, David has held the role of Woods Bagot’s Sydney Studio Chair. David has a deep interest in the education sector, his own practice having worked with public, private and systemic catholic school clients in the K-12 sector. David undertook research through the University of Melbourne’s Graduate School of Education, focusing on the impact of leadership and teacher change on the embracing of contemporary pedagogical models and the spaces developed to support them.
